Artwork Requirements

The quality of your finished garment depends on the artwork you provide. Taking a bit of extra time to make sure your files are set up correctly helps us deliver the best possible print or embroidery result.

If you’re unsure about anything at all, just get in touch — we’re always happy to help.

Artwork Approval

We won’t start printing or embroidering until your artwork has been checked and approved by you.

Our experienced team reviews every order and will let you know if we spot anything that could affect the final result. Once everything looks good, we’ll email you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

File Formats We Accept

If you have it, vector artwork is the best option as it gives the cleanest results. Recommended formats include:

  • AI

  • EPS

  • PDF

  • SVG

We can accept files up to 50MB in the following formats:

JPEG, JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, TIF, TIFF, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PS, PSD

Text & Fonts

If you’re sending vector artwork, please make sure all text has been converted to outlines. This avoids any font issues and ensures your design prints exactly as intended.

Artwork Quality

Always upload the best quality version of your artwork or logo that you have. Higher quality files mean sharper, better-looking results.

If we feel your artwork won’t produce a great finish, we’ll get in touch to discuss the best next steps.

Removing Backgrounds

Some file types, like PNG and EPS, allow for transparent backgrounds and work best if no background is needed.

When uploading your artwork, simply tick the box labelled:

“Remove background from my image when Printed / Embroidered”

This tells our artwork team not to include the background in the final print or embroidery.
