Refund policy
Personalised/Custom Items: Due to the bespoke nature of our embroidered and printed products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless they are faulty or not as described. Please ensure all personalisation details (text, logos, colours, placement) are correct before placing your order.
Faulty Items: If your personalised item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Personalised Items: Standard, non-customised items can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
- If we can clearly see items have been worn or washed, no refund will be issued
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
